Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about skreenr — the cross-platform prediction market terminal for Polymarket and Kalshi.

Getting Started

What is skreenr?

skreenr is a real-time cross-platform terminal that aggregates prediction market data from Polymarket and Kalshi into a single interface. It gives traders the tools to search over 348,000 markets, compare prices across platforms, scan for arbitrage opportunities, track movers and trending activity, build custom watchlists, and set precision alerts — all without switching between browser tabs.

skreenr is an information and analytics platform. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or provide financial advice.

Who is skreenr built for?

skreenr is built for active prediction market traders who use more than one platform. If you trade on both Polymarket and Kalshi — or you're considering it — skreenr gives you the unified view, cross-platform comparison, and alerting tools that make multi-platform trading efficient instead of exhausting.

Whether you're placing a few trades per week or trading daily, skreenr replaces the manual workflow of juggling tabs, comparing prices by memory, and hoping you don't miss a move.

Do I need accounts on Polymarket and Kalshi to use skreenr?

No. skreenr works independently of your trading accounts. You don't need to connect or log into either platform to use skreenr. We aggregate publicly available market data from both platforms and present it in our terminal interface. When you're ready to place a trade, skreenr provides direct links to open the market on Polymarket or Kalshi so you can execute there.

How do I sign up?

Visit skreenr.io and join the waitlist. We're currently in soft launch and will be opening access to waitlist members on a rolling basis. Founding member pricing is available to early subscribers — the first 100 Trader subscribers lock in $15/month for life, and the first 50 Pro subscribers lock in $39/month for life.

Is skreenr available on mobile?

skreenr is currently optimized for desktop and laptop browsers. A responsive mobile experience is on our roadmap based on user demand.

Platform Coverage

What platforms does skreenr support?

skreenr currently aggregates real-time data from Polymarket and Kalshi — the two platforms that together account for roughly 79% of global prediction market volume. We index over 348,000 markets across both platforms.

Will skreenr add more platforms in the future?

Yes. We're expanding platform coverage based on trader demand and platform accessibility. If there's a platform you'd like to see added, let us know at hello@skreenr.io or in our Discord community.

How real-time is the data?

Data freshness depends on your plan. Trader and Pro subscribers receive near-real-time updates, typically within 1–2 minutes of price changes on the underlying platforms. Pro subscribers receive priority refresh rates for the fastest available polling intervals. Free tier data is delayed approximately 10 minutes.

A live data indicator is always visible in the terminal sidebar. When you see the green dot, your data connection is active.

Does skreenr show order book data?

Yes. The Compare detail view and Arbitrage Scanner detail view both include side-by-side order books from Polymarket and Kalshi, showing bid and ask sizes at every price level. This lets you verify that quoted spreads are actually executable at the size you want to trade. Order book data is available on Trader and Pro plans.

Features

What is the Market Directory?

The Market Directory is skreenr's comprehensive index of every open and recently resolved prediction market contract across Polymarket and Kalshi — over 348,000 markets in total. You can search by keyword, filter by platform, category, and status, and browse in grid or list view. Every market card shows the current probability, recent movement, platform source, volume, and time until resolution. The Market Directory is fully accessible on the Free tier.

How does the Compare feature work?

skreenr automatically matches equivalent markets across Polymarket and Kalshi. The Compare page shows over 1,000 matched market pairs, each with both platforms' current prices, the spread, and a match confidence score. Click into any match to see a probability-over-time chart overlaying both platforms, a spread analysis showing the cheapest Yes and No by platform, and side-by-side order books. You can set spread alerts directly from the Compare view.

Free users get 5 compare lookups per day. Trader and Pro subscribers get unlimited access with full order book data.

How does the Arbitrage Scanner work?

The Arbitrage Scanner continuously monitors all matched markets across Polymarket and Kalshi to identify opportunities where buying "Yes" on one platform and "No" on the other produces a combined cost below $1.00 — resulting in a guaranteed payout regardless of the event outcome.

Each opportunity shows the ROI, profit per contract, total cost, volume on both platforms, and spread. You can sort by ROI, profit, volume, or spread. Click into any opportunity to see the full strategy: which platform to buy each side on, the position calculator for modeling different stake sizes, a probability-over-time chart, and order books from both platforms.

A word of caution: while the math on cross-platform spreads can indicate positive-expectation trades, always account for fees, settlement timing, liquidity, and execution risk. Spreads are not guaranteed risk-free profit.

The Arbitrage Scanner is available on Trader and Pro plans. The Free tier shows a teaser view with blurred data.

What does the Top Movers feed show?

Top Movers ranks prediction markets by the largest probability changes across both Polymarket and Kalshi. You can filter by time window (15 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours) and toggle between gainers and losers. Each entry shows the market title, current probability, magnitude of the move, platform, volume, and time until resolution. Free users see the 24-hour view with a 10-minute delay. Trader and Pro subscribers get all time intervals with live data.

What is the Trending page?

Trending ranks markets by real-time price update frequency rather than price movement magnitude. While Top Movers shows what moved the most, Trending shows what's being actively traded right now. You can filter by time window: 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour. A market with many price updates in a short window has active two-way flow — that's information worth having even if the net price change is small. Free users see the 1-hour view only. Trader and Pro subscribers get all time intervals.

How do Watchlists work?

Watchlists let you organize markets into custom groups — by category, strategy, event, or however you trade. Each watchlist shows live probabilities and recent movement at a glance. You can add markets to a watchlist from any view in the terminal. Free users get 1 watchlist with up to 10 markets. Trader and Pro subscribers get unlimited watchlists with unlimited markets per list.

What is the Recently Added feed?

Recently Added surfaces newly launched prediction market contracts from both Polymarket and Kalshi, sorted newest first. You can filter by category and platform. New markets often have the most mispriced probabilities before the crowd arrives and liquidity deepens, so getting there early can be a genuine edge.

What alert types does skreenr support?

skreenr supports several alert types depending on your plan:

Price threshold alerts notify you when a market's probability crosses above or below a level you set. Available on all plans (3 on Free, 50 on Trader, 200 on Pro).

Move magnitude alerts notify you when any market moves more than a set number of points within a time window. Available on Trader and Pro.

Spread alerts notify you when the cross-platform spread on a matched market widens beyond your threshold. Available on Trader and Pro.

New market alerts notify you when a new market launches matching keywords you define. Available on Trader and Pro.

Volatility alerts and multi-condition alerts are available on Pro only.

Alert delivery is via email on all plans. Trader adds in-app notifications. Pro adds webhook/API delivery to Discord, Telegram, or custom endpoints.

Does skreenr support webhook or API access?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Webhook/API access lets you push alert notifications to Discord, Telegram, or any custom endpoint. This is designed for traders who want their prediction market signals delivered where they already work, or who are building automated workflows on top of skreenr's data.

Trading & Strategy

Does skreenr execute trades?

No. skreenr is an information and analytics platform only. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or act as a broker. All trading happens directly on the underlying platforms — Polymarket and Kalshi. When you're viewing a market in skreenr, direct links to the corresponding market on each platform are provided for immediate execution.

Is skreenr financial advice?

No. skreenr does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. The platform displays market data, analytics, and tools to help you make your own informed decisions. Trading prediction markets involves risk, and you should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

What is cross-platform arbitrage?

Cross-platform arbitrage occurs when the same event is priced differently on Polymarket and Kalshi. If you can buy "Yes" on one platform and "No" on the other for a combined cost below $1.00, one side will always pay out $1.00 — creating a positive-expectation trade regardless of the event outcome.

skreenr's Arbitrage Scanner identifies these opportunities automatically and calculates the ROI, cost basis, and profit per contract. However, always account for fees on both platforms, settlement timing and potential differences in resolution criteria, available liquidity at the quoted prices, and capital lockup until the market resolves. Cross-platform spreads are not guaranteed risk-free profit.

Can I use skreenr if I only trade on one platform?

Yes, though you'll get the most value from skreenr's cross-platform features (Compare, Arbitrage Scanner, spread alerts) if you trade on both Polymarket and Kalshi. Even with a single platform, the Market Directory, Top Movers, Trending, Watchlists, and Alerts are valuable workflow tools.

Data & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take security seriously. skreenr does not request or store private keys, wallet seed phrases, or trading account credentials. We do not have the ability to execute trades on your behalf or access your funds on any platform. Payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Does skreenr store my trading data?

skreenr stores your account preferences, watchlists, alert configurations, and usage data to provide and improve the service. We do not have access to your trading activity, positions, or balances on Polymarket or Kalshi. We never sell your personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Where does skreenr get its data?

skreenr aggregates publicly available market data from Polymarket and Kalshi through their public APIs and on-chain data sources. Data accuracy and availability depend on these third-party sources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for either platform. See our Terms of Service for full disclaimers.
